I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM and was still waiting at 12:40 PM without being seen or given a clear update on the delay. I understand that delays can happen in medical offices, but there was a lack of communication and no effort to inform me of the wait time. I ended up requesting to be discharged from the practice due to the experience. Overall, it did not reflect a professional level of respect for patients’ time.

Dr. Czarnecki took the time to do a very thorough examination. He explained his diagnosis in easy to understand terms. He is a good listener and personable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Czarnecki saved my life by actually listening to me about my symptoms. When I tried to write it off as a minor issue, he refused and pursued the symptoms immediately while I was in his office. Within hours he’d sent me for labs, a CT scan and called a surgeon to discuss my case. Dr. C’s quick actions resulted in me being admitted to the hospital where treatment began immediately and 3 days later I’m back home. I still have a long road to recovery. But without Dr. C., I may be traveling down this recovery path. Thank you Dr. C! 🙏🏾

When my husband and I found Dr. Czarnecki, we had been with our primary doctor for 25 years. He was now retiring. I trusted this doctor with my heart and soul. I was sure I would never find anyone to replace him. I tried several and so did my husband. We were not happy with any we tried. My husband had a cardiologist from Hartford Health care and we asked him if he knew of any good primary doctors. He recommended Dr. Czarnecki. We instantly liked him. I especially was hard to please. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was pleasant, easy going and most of all very, very well versed in the medical field. I call him for everything. I feel he always takes the best care of both my husband and I and always makes sure he checks everything out . He will research answers for you, Give you his best medical advice, ask you all the right questions. I even went to a Gastroenterologist recently and did not like the answers or advice I was given and felt Dr. Czarnecki would know better and went to see him. My husband and I think the world of him and trust his knowledge and intend to stay with him until the end of our lives. I am so grateful Dr Czarnecki is my PCP. I have multiple issues (Don’t we all!). Dr helps me with his extensive knowledge of healthy ways I can help myself. He explains the pros and cons when it is time to decide if meds are appropriate. When necessary, I have used the Dr’s he has recommended and feel they are very competent also. It feels comforting to know someone so competent has my back!

Dr. Czarnecki has been my PCP for many years. He is so patient and oftentimes gets in trouble for spending more time with lecturing his patients. I would not trade this doctor for anyone. If he is not available, I schedule a date he is available - even if I have to wait 4 months. I am very serious.

Dr. Czarnecki is a great doc (and this applies to his medical assistant, Shilpa, as well). He’s practical and doesn’t waste your time. But the time you do spend with him is special. He understands your problem, he speaks with you in terms you can understand, he helps you deal with the issue medically, emotionally, intellectually. Nobody really wants to go to the doctor. But if you’ve got to go, this is the kind of doc you want to see.

Dr. Czarnecki is skilled, thorough, thoughtful, kind, and is always prepared and familiar with my history. He takes the time to answer my questions, gives me good suggestions on exercises that I can do at home to help with my issues, and also has a great sense of humor. I have the utmost confidence in him.

Dr Czarnecki could not have been better. The care and the time he took to handle my shoulder problems was, to me, extraordinary. He was simply the best.
